Geting an avatar is easy, if you want to get ana vatar just adjust a image you want to the specified dimensions(I usually use IrfanView program for adjusting a pictures dimension).. and put it in your profile it's where you changed the "about me" profile part ^_^ you can search for an avatar on any browsing site like Google.com or Yahoo.com images... for example you can type in Google image search: Naruto AvatarFrom there on you'll find a lot of pics you can choose from...
If you want to know anything else about the avatar stuff just ask. I'll tell you all I know :)
